I appreciated the friendly staff and their cute attitude each time i entered the hotel, the location proved convenient with coffee shops, dining spots, and subway access nearby. my room felt both comfortable and quiet. i also made use of the fitness room. It was a good addition.
the metal shelf in room 1418 was broken, it damaged my cashmere scarf. i notified the manager, who promised to address it, but i received no call or email in response.

i had a one-bedroom suite two double beds. the location is close to a subway stop and central park. a selection of cafes and restaurants is within walking distance.
i was in a bedroom too close to the elevators. it was very noisy and annoying. the room was outdated. better options are available elsewhere.

i really enjoyed my stay. the location is great, near central park (i could easily take a morning stroll). the staff was friendly. i was upgraded to a suite and it had a beautiful view.
i noticed the bathroom door knob was loose (it could use tightening).

The staff was friendly. They were very helpful from the front desk to the bellmen. The housekeepers ensured my room was super clean each day. I also appreciated the Fairway market across the street (it made getting snacks very easy!).
I noticed that the breakfast was not available on-site. I would have preferred to have this option at the hotel (though there were alternatives nearby).
